As a Mom, there are very few times that you get to sit back and just watch your child play from a distance.  You get to see how they interact from an outside perspective.  You can appreciate the joy of watching them re-read the same book, over and over again, because you are not the one going bonkers reading it for the tenth, fifteeth, twentieth time! Auntie was here visiting for little man’s first birthday and she was so patient offering this little boy everything he wanted, even if that meant reading TRUCKS for the twentieth time. We miss you already auntie and can’t wait to come visit soon!
