Your ordering appointment takes place 3 weeks after your session. This is where you will choose which products best fit your needs. Digital files are delivered immediately after your ordering appointment while prints & albums arrive 4-6 weeks after your ordering appointment.
How long do we have to wait to get our full gallery of images and printed album?
All of my sessions are full, 60-minute sessions. This allows me to get to know you and your family and give you a wide range of images. I am not here to just give you the classic holiday card pose, but rather to tell the unique story of your family and give you images that look like artwork.
Do you offer mini sessions?
Outdoor family sessions take place here in the Folsom & El Dorado Hills area. Most locations require some walking so please be prepared. The week of your session, I will send over a few options based on the time of year and you can select from there.
Newborn sessions take place at your home as long as your reside within 30 miles of 95762.
Where will my session be held?
My house isn't "photoshoot ready" for newborn photos?
I promise everyone feels this way and trust me when I say, we just need a few small areas to make magic! Have a pretty bed? Perfect! A nurses with gorgeous light? That works too! As long as I have one room free of clutter you are good to go! (Note: while most clients choose me for my light style, if you have darker walls it will change the mood of the images).

All of my sessions are priced the same -- $150 non-refundable creative fee and with collections beginning at $795 which is for the digital files. When should I book my newborn photos
I only accept a very limited number of newborns a month, so usually 3-4 months before your due date is a great time to get them booked.
Where do the newborn photos take place?
Newborn photoshoots are scheduled on weekdays at 10am and take place at your home (as long as its within 30 miles of 95762). They usually last 1.5 hour or so.
When should I book maternity photos?
The ideal time to book your maternity session is just after your 20 week ultrasound. If you are planning to book newborn photos, you can book them together at this time as you receive a discount on session fees when booked together.
4I like to photograph maternity photos between 30-34 weeks as this is when the your belly is big enough to be see in photographs and allows enough turnaround time before baby arrives.
How much does the studio wardrobe cost to use?
There is no additional cost for using items from the studio wardrobe! Wardrobe is such a big part of how your final images will look, so I work closely with you to develop a look for your portraits.
