For my Dad’s 60th birthday, my Mom pulled off a surprise like none other. She coordinated with 30 close family and friends to throw a James Bond themed 60th birthday for my Dad.  It seriously was a dream come true for him. His close family and friends in one room, all while wearing a white dinner jacket.  Yes, this was one of his dreams. My Dad has looked for annnnnny reason to wear a white dinner jacket; my wedding, my brothers wedding, my sisters wedding. All of which we told him no. At last, the jacket was his!

I would say my father is quite obsessed with Bond. He has told the story several times about when he was a little boy and saw his first Bond movie, this is the reason why he began to use custom ties all the time, he couldn’t believe what he saw and it was even better because all of the stunts were real. I will disappoint my Dad by saying this, but I have never seen a Bond movie. Not even a few minutes.
