Well, we finally did it — we spent an evening taking family pictures!! If you recall our attempted family pictures at Christmas did not go quite as I hoped for.  This time we recruited my Dad to spend the evening with us to capture this time in our life that is just the three of us — before baby #2 comes along! Yep – that’s right! We are expecting another little one in fall.  I planned to make our session relativity painless and go to one of the local spots near us, but Ryan had a great idea to head out to shoot in the “purple flowers” otherwise known as lupines! Thank the good Lord we did not see any snakes.  I did end up with about five mosquito bites but I can live with that if it means pretty pictures and a snake free session!
